The SEED Fund is a nonprofit organization focused on creating opportunity by supporting people and communities through four core pillars: Service, Education, Empowerment, and Development.
Our approach is simple. We want to support work that responds to real needs, expands opportunity and helps people and communities build stronger futures.
The SEED Fund currently operates through The SEED Fund USA and The SEED Fund Ghana. As the organization grows, our work will be shaped by the communities we serve, the partnerships we build and what we learn along the way.

The SEED Fund was founded from a desire to create opportunities that help people and communities build stronger, more sustainable futures.
What began as a personal commitment to giving back developed into an organization built around four pillars: Service, Education, Empowerment, and Development.
As The SEED Fund evolved, SISQUAD Group adopted the organization as its community and social impact initiative, creating a long-term relationship through which SISQUAD supports SEED’s mission and activities.
Today, The SEED Fund operates through The SEED Fund USA and The SEED Fund Ghana, united by one mission and a shared commitment to creating opportunity.

The SEED Fund started with a simple question: how can we use what we have learned and achieved to create opportunities for others?
For me, that question became more important over time. Success began to mean more than personal achievement. It also meant being able to give back, help someone move forward, and contribute to something that could outlast me.
That thinking eventually became SEED: Service, Education, Empowerment, and Development. Four simple ideas that reflect the kind of difference we hope to make.
I started The SEED Fund knowing that we would not have all the answers from the beginning. Every community is different, and what works in one place may not work in another. So, we want to listen, learn, work with people who understand their communities, and support efforts that make sense for them.
Our journey begins in the United States and Ghana, but our purpose is bigger than any one place. We want to help where we can, build good partnerships, and grow responsibly.
My hope is that years from now, SEED will be bigger than any one person. That it will still be doing good work, staying true to its purpose, and creating opportunities for people we may never meet.

Founder & Board Chair
The four pillars of The SEED Fund are simple. They reflect where we believe we can make a difference.
We believe learning can open doors. We support opportunities that help people gain knowledge, develop skills, and move forward.
Learn More →We want people to have the tools and confidence to make their own choices and build their own future.
Learn More →We support work that helps communities grow and improve over time, with an eye on what will still matter years from now.
Learn More →Our Mission
To create opportunity for all by supporting people and communities in building sustainable, long-term futures.
Our Vision
A world where opportunity is not limited by background or geography, and where people and communities have the ability to adapt, grow and thrive over time.
How we conduct ourselves.
We listen first. We do not assume we know what a community needs better than the people who live there.
We do what we say we will do and take responsibility for the decisions we make.
We treat people with respect. Helping someone should never make them feel less capable, less independent, or less valued.
We take seriously the trust people place in us. We are careful with the money, time, and resources given to support our work.
The SEED Fund is building its team as the organization grows.
Our work in the United States and Ghana will be led by Country Managers who understand the communities they serve and can help build relationships, coordinate activities, and work with local partners and volunteers.
We are taking our time to find the right people for these roles. As positions are filled, we will introduce our team here.
