The SEED Fund is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for oversight, stewardship, and protecting the organization’s mission.
Strategic Advisors provide knowledge and perspective but do not exercise the governance responsibilities of the Board.
The SEED Fund USA and The SEED Fund Ghana operate under a common mission and governance structure.
